First-Time Orders
We want you to feel confident trying Milly for the first time.
If you’re not happy with our product, we'll refund the full cost of the product. Simply reach out to us at hi@drinkmilly.com within 10 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.
Please note:
- This policy applies to first-time orders only
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If your order included free shipping, the original shipping cost we covered will be deducted from your refund
- Any accessories not returned in their original condition may be deducted from the refund amount
- The Milly Trio Sampler Box is designed to help you explore different flavors, and is therefore final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns.
Returning Customers
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We may refuse returns that do not meet these requirements
Once we receive the unopened product, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 10 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.
